If people hang out for very high rates then the development projects in industry will slow down whilst HR "look" for candidates at £450-£500 all in. Needless to say there is a slow transition of onsite work to offshore mainly because of the big companies involved in the implementations who keep a 1:10 onsite:offshore ratio and get most of their work done at cheaper cost.Swamihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09574185664313597332noreply@blogger.com
